This educational institution called “Bethel” has brightened the lives of thousands of students and shaped their future. Its specialty is that it imparts human values ​​and self-confidence along with good education. It has been a great privilege of my life to serve in this great educational institution for about 28 years. This institution, which started in a small hut and has grown into a grand institution today, a great institution that has provided quality education to thousands of students and has been a caring mother to many teachers, and I am proud to be one of them.

My association with this institution goes back nearly 37 years. After completing my B.Ed., I began my professional journey here as a Kannada teacher. The guidance of Mr. Sudhakar Sir became a strong foundation for my life and career. I was blessed with the opportunity to serve this institution both as a teacher and later as a Headmaster. It is a matter of great pride for me that, from the very beginning until today, I have continued to serve in the same institution. To me, this institution is not just a workplace; it is a sacred place that has given me affection, values, and direction in life.

Bethel School is a institute where students learn, grow and build a bright future through quality education and discipline. The school encourages academic excellence along with good values, creativity and confidence with caring teachers and supportive activities to develop skills for success in life

Getting the opportunity to work at Bethel Educational Institution, where art is given a special place alongside all other subjects, has been one of the proudest moments of my life. In those days, art was often regarded as just an ordinary subject. But here, I realized that it was given the respect and importance it truly deserves.The words of Mr. Sudhakar Dayaseela Sir still inspire me today: “Art is not just about drawing pictures; its essence is hidden in every subject —Mathematics,science, Social Studies, and more.” Today, when I see the love and respect from the students, I feel proud that Bethel has been a great institution that gave a new direction to my life.

“Money spent on education is not wasted but invested”. This quotation made me think a lot. Now most of the parents know the importance of this line, but very long back Sudhakar sir printed this line on the fee card of Bethel school. Bethel school returned each penny what it collected in the form of fee to student in the form of wonderful dreams, value education, and discipline and so on. This is all possible because, Sudhakar Sir had beautiful dreams about the future of each child. I learnt most of the things from Sudhakar sir how to train students and how to train up ourselves before we enter the class. There is a special room for Bethel school in my heart.
